Shipping Within Canada

NOVELYA currently ships within Canada.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed before shipment. Estimated standard delivery is typically 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, holidays, order processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within Canada is $8 CAD.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 CAD or more.

The applicable shipping option will be displayed at checkout based on the value of your order.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email so you can follow the progress of your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
